I can’t log on.\I forgot my login details. What do I do?
If you have forgotten your login information, please email support@yuconnects.net or call the member support line at 212-960-5400 and we will be happy to assist you.

How much does the service cost?
The cost of a Gold membership is $10.95, $14.95, or $18.95 per month depending on whether you sign up for a 6 month, 3 months, or 1 month plan, respectively.

How does the site work? How is it different from other sites?
Members create a profile which is then entered into the YUConnects database. Gold members can then select up to 2 Connectors who will screen, select, and send them matches. The members are emailed upon receipt of a new match and can then decide to accept, decline, or hold a match.

Does YUConnects service my age group?
YUConnects serves all ages over the age of 18.

Who are the Connectors? How many can I have? How do they work for me?
The Connectors on YUConnects are volunteers from around the world who have been trained as Connectors and are dedicated to finding you your match using their unique personalities and experiences.

Gold members can select up to 2 personal Connectors. Unless a member chooses to remain private, he can receive matches from all 300 matches on the site. They will screen, select, and send quality matches based on the criteria of the member.

Who can see my information?
The information on the site is visible only to the Connectors. It is sent only to appropriate matches who are selected for the member by a personal Connector.

Can I opt out at any time?
Members can change their dating status, cancel their gold membership so that it does not renew, or remove their profile so that it is no longer visible to Connectors at any time.
